Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa, Candolim

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious with a lovely pool view, but they had a funny smell and some leaks due to heavy rains. The service was exceptional, especially Mr Gulzar at the reception, who was incredibly supportive. The location, although not very close to the beach, provided easy access to other attractions in the area. The dining experience offered a variety of options, though sometimes seating could take a while. The facilities were good overall, with a few minor issues here and there.

I was initially checked into a room on the first floor that was very clean with the daily staff routine cleanup. The quality of the hotel's restaurant was top-notch. However, my room was not ready upon arrival, which was a bit inconvenient.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was top-notch, right in the heart of all the prime beaches. The rooms were in perfect shape, but some may find them a bit small. The staff, especially Jeeva, Amit, and Sourabh, were so helpful and friendly. The dining experience was decent, offering a good variety, but I wish it had more South Indian sweets like Sakkarai Pongal. Overall, a great value for the price!
